Is it worthy to repeat your boring offers to your customers?

I think that's why we get lots of newsletters from our mobile service providers! But do the customers enjoy these at all? Basically, customers are reluctant to buy when there is ambiguity in the cause-and-effect relationship between the utilization of a service and the realization of benefits. Hence, customers will not cheer my offer, despite tons of newsletters. The good companies fight for making the difference. Positive difference comes from the utility and the warranty of the service. Negative difference comes from losses suffered by the customer from utilizing the service due to poor quality and hidden costs. Literally, these things matters significantly for taking the consuming decision. So, it's not a good choice for just only sending big bulk of emails and notifications on our social sites.
